Nine Sales in four weeks at Vision Homes New Development in Hackney, London E5
Paradise Park, Lea Bridge Road, Hackney, London E5
We have seen a big upsurge in new enquiries and offers at Paradise Park over the last couple of months. This has resulted in nine sales in just the last four weeks - a sales rate we haven't seen for well over a year!
Among the flats we have sold is a superb penthouse apartment with a large terrace overlooking Millfields Park and the River Lee, together with one and two bedroom apartments overlooking the spectactular, central water-feature.
The one bed rooms have been selling at £205,000 - £210,000 and the two bedroom apartments at between £250,000 and £300,000.
All share the luxury specification that is a hallmark of all Vision Homes developments and, being just a five minute cycle ride from the Olympic Park, make fine long term investments.

Paradise Park, Lea Bridge Road, Hackney, London E5
Vision Homes are consulting with a leading German consultancy company who specialise in the formation of desirable eco-friendly public water-features and ponds with an aim to create a spectacular water feature between the apartments at Paradise Park, Hackney, London E5. Three Sales in a week at Tunbridge Wells Scheme!
Bredbury House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells
Last week, despite the general gloom in the market, Vision Homes notched up three new sales at Bredbury House II. Interestingly all three sales were to first time buyers with new mortgages. One , a one bed unit, was agreed to a buyer who had signed up to the Government’s My Choice Home Buy scheme, whereby the government, via a housing association takes an equity share in the property and so reduces the buyer’s mortgage payments.
Happily, each flat was valued at the price agreed and the buyers are all moving into their new homes in the next few weeks.
This flurry of buyers does not seem to be a one-off as viewing numbers across all Vision Homes’ sites have increased considerably in the last fortnight. This seemed to be fuelled by the imminent fall in interest rates.
Vision Homes celebrate 'The Festival of Lights'
Millennium Hotel, Mayfair, London
Vision Homes, in conjunction with Clydesdale Bank, invite their own teams, business partners, friends and family to The Millennium Mayfair Hotel in London's Grosvenor Square to help celebrate Diwali.
Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, is the most popular of all the festivals from South Asia, and is also the occasion for celebrations by Jains and Sikhs as well as Hindus.
The festival of Diwali extends over five days. Because of the lights, fireworks, and sweets involved, it's a great favourite with children.
The festival celebrates the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance, although the actual legends that go with the festival are different in different parts of India.
The Times of India summed up the modern meaning of Diwali: Regardless of the mythological explanation one prefers, what the festival of lights really stands for today is a reaffirmation of hope, a renewed commitment to friendship and goodwill, and a religiously sanctioned celebration of the simple - and some not so simple - joys of life.
This annual event has grown from a small team of bankers, developers and lawyers to over 350 guests and proved to be a very successfull evening. The proceedings began with drinks and Indian canapes giving guests a chance to catch up with old friends and business collegues, before moving in to the ballroom to enjoy the traditions of Diwali with dinner and dance.
Vision Homes launch central Bromley ‘hidden gem’
BR1 Central, Tetty Way, Bromley
Right in the very centre of Bromley, immediately behind the bustling pedestrian high street, Vision Homes have created a hidden gem – 23 west facing apartments, all with balconies. The newly built seven floor apartment building has secure parking on the ground and basement levels with the six residential floors above. The views are superb and far-reaching over the lovely Churchill Gardens – 11 acres of wooded and hilly parkland and gardens.
The location is incredibly convenient, everything is within literally a few hundred yards – The Glades shopping mall, the high street, two stations, restaurants, coffee shops, clubs, bars, pubs, the famous Churchill theatre and Churchill Gardens themselves. Br1 central represents urban living at its best.
All the apartments are finished to a top quality specification with gorgeous german kitchens and Italian designer bathrooms. The floors are oak and, in the bedrooms, 100% wool carpets. All have huge windows and glass doors onto individual balconies.
The development will launch on October 4th 2008 and Vision homes look forward to showing buyers around the completed development for the first time.
