Paradise Park is a 2 acre site built around the former Paradise Dock, created in the 1830’s as a navigable dock off the River Lea serving numerous factories and completely surrounded by 60 acres of open park land. This opportunity required a high level of expertise from the developer comprising a mixture of new build five storey blocks and the converted Grade II listed period buildings.
