Summer Sales Soar in Se1!
The sun might have been on the shy side this summer, but that hasn’t affected the sales at Grange Road. Vision Homes had not even put their paint brushes down and yet all 23 of these stylish and spacious apartments have sold!
The Marketing Suite, based on the ground floor of the development, has been a hive of activity over the past few weeks, as potential purchasers have flocked to view these brand new, high specification properties. The Suite is a sensory spectacle in itself, encompassing the ambience of these prestigious apartments in a welcoming and homely atmosphere, giving a visual impression of the surrounding area and the many variations on offer for interior specification.
This sought after location has proved extremely popular and is merely the springboard for the Se1 Collection, comprising of 63 apartments across 3 neighbouring developments with New Kent Road and Wild’s Rents completing the trilogy. All properties are on sale now and there have been off plan purchases across all 3 locations; so if you’re looking to immerse yourself in the vibrant surroundings of SE1, please do not hesitate to make your interest known with Andrew at the Marketing Suite, as you could miss out on this wonderful opportunity!
Nominated for Best Domestic Project at the LABC Awards 2011
Vision Homes is extremely proud to announce that they have been awarded a nomination for Best Domestic Project at the LABC Awards 2011 for The Cleves, Kemsing. The Local Authority Building Control Awards recognises excellence achieved through building standards, technical innovation and sustainable designs. Unlike other industry awards, the LABC Awards recognise the importance of building control in creating a high quality, sustainable built environment in England and Wales
The awards function was held on Friday 10th June 2011 at Effingham Park Country Hotel, to which 10 Vision Homes’ staff members attended the glittering, black tie event with beaming pride. Around 300 construction professionals also frequented the ceremony, hosted by Wendy Hurrell of the BBC, and Vision Homes were delighted to be included amongst these recognised few.
Seated on round tables; peppered across the vast hall, we were treated to a delightful 3 course meal. Waiters and waitresses subtly traversed their way around the floor delivering each course with ease as the awards were duly announced. As the evening progressed, numerous magicians moved amongst the tables baffling and beguiling all in their wake. From the simple, yet effective card trick to making an opened wine bottle, complete with contents, appear to travel through the table without a drop spilled!
A wonderful evening was had by all and we very much look forward to attending many more events like this in the future.
Vision Homes – Proud sponsor of Millfields Fun Day!

On a sunny Saturday in August, Millfields Park in Hackney became a hub of activity, as Millfields Fun Day opened its doors to the local community. Millfields User Group, instrumental in developing the park and dedicated to improving the facilities on offer, organised a fun filled day of activities for adults and children alike from “It’s A Knockout” to face and body painting and a tantalising BBQ to satisfy even the hungriest belly. Vision Homes was proud to be able to sponsor the event, helping the community to come together; enjoying the local landscape and each other’s company under the warmth of the summer sun.
Paradise Park features in the Homerton Neighbourhood Tour

Vision Homes were delighted to have Paradise Park considered one of numerous “exciting developments” within East London. Viewed by Councillors and Planners as part of the Homerton Neighbourhood Tour, Paradise Park was noted due to its innovative design and striking façade; something Vision Homes has become notoriously renowned for.
Paradise Park: Vision Homes bringing regeneration ahead of the Olympic Games
Having already stamped its mark rather impressively on the skyline of E5, Paradise Park has proved a fruitful addition to the ongoing regeneration of The Borough of Hackney. All but 8 of the 132 residential apartments are now occupied, finally bringing this diverse development to life. In addition, there is a wealth of various new, small businesses, to include a supermarket, children’s nursery, artist and interior designer complimenting the commercial aspect of Paradise Park. Ultimately, the combination of both is playing a vital part in the continuing growth and reformation of this progressive, Olympic borough, of which Vision Homes is proud to be part of.
The Cleves - Two down, five to go!
The Cleves was officially launched on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of June 2010 amidst a mixture of summer sunshine and showers. However, the potential of needing an umbrella didn’t put off a flurry of curious visitors, both local and from far and wide. There has been a keen interest in the renovation of this historical building from the very moment Vision Homes arrived on site and we are happy to say that the response was fantastic!
There are now only 5 of these houses remaining, as two were snapped up immediately, and the foray of interest doesn’t look to let up any time soon. Vision Homes is very proud to have played a part in the new chapter of this building’s existence and wishes the new owners all the very best in their new, yet historical homes!
