Control
At Vision Homes, we take a seamless approach to designing buildings, interiors, layouts and common areas. To that end, we control all aspects of our developments - from start to finish,employing our own dedicated teams of designers, architects, and project managers.
Every Vision Homes development team includes hand selected, highly motivated, senior in-house personnel. They are personally responsible for their own part of the development process: from acquiring the land, through design, project management and all aspects of health and safety, to checking every unit before release.
We are not just excellent project managers. Our friendly but professional management team ensure we continually drive home the need for maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, and where necessary, they will arrange extra training for our builders.
Our designers are responsible for every aspect of the development inside and out, right down to the door number signage.
Teamwork
Our Directors remain closely involved at all times and can often be seen working on-site - we believe this hands-on approach is the best way of ensuring we create homes that meet our exacting standards.
Vision Homes will not release any apartment to the market until Senior management have approved it. They will personally inspect the units and 'snag' any problems to guarantee Vision Homes exacting standards.
By combining excellent administration and design skills with core on-site teams, Vision Homes is able to maintain its exacting standards without compromising on style, specification, or speed to market.
