About Vision Homes
When Parma Sulh started Vision Homes in 2001, his idea was to specialise in developing small residential new builds, mews and gated developments for modern urban living. More important, was his desire to build the best homes possible for his clients' budgets and that meant controlling every aspect of the build process to ensure consistently high standards.
Vision Homes' philosophy is to be design and customer lead. This means identifying potential clients and understanding their needs and desires before starting any development. We then set out to create an environment that reflects their aspirations - developing the properties from start to finish and looking at ways to refresh the surrounding streets and their amenities. We therefore look for areas with the potential to become thriving residential communities, as well as mixed commercial and retail environments ripe for urban regeneration.
Vision Homes now aims to take advantage of opportunities in the expanding European Union with developments in Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey. Meanwhile in the UK, Vision Homes has in excess of £60 million worth of stock available for sale across a number of developments.
