Three Sales in a week at Tunbridge Wells Scheme!

Bredbury House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells
Last week, despite the general gloom in the market, Vision Homes notched up three new sales at Bredbury House II. Interestingly all three sales were to first time buyers with new mortgages. One , a one bed unit, was agreed to a buyer who had signed up to the Government’s My Choice Home Buy scheme, whereby the government, via a housing association takes an equity share in the property and so reduces the buyer’s mortgage payments.
Happily, each flat was valued at the price agreed and the buyers are all moving into their new homes in the next few weeks.
This flurry of buyers does not seem to be a one-off as viewing numbers across all Vision Homes’ sites have increased considerably in the last fortnight. This seemed to be fuelled by the imminent fall in interest rates.
