To support the Site Manager to profitably deliver social housing projects safely, on time and to the desired quality whilst exceeding the customers expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro actively uphold the highest standard of site safety performance on the project
- Provide leadership and support to staff in the site team to meet project goals
- Support the achievement of project targets, and help to achieve or exceed annually agreed team targets
- Support the achievement of agreed programme and preliminary budgets on your site
- Assist in developing new business opportunities by achieving the highest standards of building quality and service
